  Learning to cook healthy is a life skill that will directly improve your life. You gain complete control of the nutrients and calories that go into your body. And you will save thousands of dollars a year in expenses. A better healthier you and more money in your pocket—sounds like a no-brainer, right? Then why doesn’t everybody cook more often?    The answer is simple. They give in to the “excuse demon”.      I hear it all the time: “No time, no skills, no patience to learn”. When I hear these excuses from my clients, I challenge each one and usually find them to be empty obstacles. If you have time to watch your favorite shows, movies and be a social media darling, then you have time to cook. You Tube and Google University provide unlimited content on anything cooking related. Free lessons, anytime and anywhere. It has never been easier to become a Black Belt in cooking    All it takes is a commitment to a couple of hours of shopping and prep a week. If you learn 1 new meal a week, by the end of the year you will have an arsenal of 48 meals. Start with simple and easy recipes and build your skills. Invest in your long-term health and stop throwing away money to the evil food corporations.
