Michael Quintero MS CSCS
Michael Quintero is a sports nutritionist and strength and conditioning coach in the Los Angeles area. He has an extreme passion for the combat sports, and all related aspects— in particular, sports nutrition, physical conditioning and psychology. He believes unarmed combat is the highest pure form of testing and overcoming one’s physical and psychological limits. And in doing so a mental, emotional and spiritual transformation occurs that transcends to all aspects of life.
Through a decade of dedicated study and research, he has built a solid base of fundamental scientific knowledge. Over the years, he has combined this foundation with personal experience in high-level competition and coaching. Michael is now focused in meshing these two pillars of growing knowledge and hard-earned experience together for the next generation. Through consulting services, educational books, products and software applications he is committed to helping competition focused combat athletes reach their highest potential.

All DPD course work completed for Registered Dietitian (RD)/ will complete internship in 2018.
BJJ Black belt (12 combined gold and silver medals from all lower belt levels)
IBJJF Masters World Double Gold Champion (Ultra heavy and Absolute at Purple belt—Dec. 2013).
California State Amateur MMA Cruiserweight Champion (CAMO 12/12/14)
